Worst service... From morning activa is given for servicing where it is told in evening around 6pm we can get. But in evening they are saying to pickup activa next day afternoon. Pathetic service no value for time and commitment.

My experience with Honda Service Center has been disappointing. Customers visit an authorized Honda service center expecting professional support and proper resolution of their vehicle issues, but customer concerns are often not given the attention they deserve. Instead of taking ownership, staff members frequently appear to pass responsibility from one person to another. In today's busy schedule, customers take valuable time out of their day to visit the service center, so their time should be respected. Unfortunately, the level of responsiveness and customer care does not meet expectations. What is most disappointing is that customers pay significantly higher service and labor charges at the authorized service center, yet the overall service experience is often unsatisfactory. In comparison, many local garages provide better attention, communication, and quality of work at nearly 60% lower labor costs. Honda is a trusted and respected brand, and customers expect professionalism, accountability, and customer-focused service. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the overall customer experience. होंडा सर्विस सेंटर का अनुभव निराशाजनक रहा। ग्राहक अपनी समस्या के समाधान और बेहतर सेवा की उम्मीद लेकर आता है, लेकिन यहाँ ग्राहक की बात को गंभीरता से सुनने और उसकी समस्या को समझने पर पर्याप्त ध्यान नहीं दिया जाता। कई बार जिम्मेदारी लेने के बजाय उसे इधर-उधर टालने की कोशिश की जाती है। आज के व्यस्त जीवन में लोग अपना कीमती समय निकालकर सर्विस सेंटर आते हैं, इसलिए उनके समय का सम्मान होना चाहिए। दुर्भाग्यवश, यहाँ कार्यप्रणाली में वह तत्परता और ग्राहक-केंद्रित सोच दिखाई नहीं देती जिसकी अपेक्षा की जाती है। सबसे बड़ी बात यह है कि अधिक सर्विस और लेबर चार्ज देने के बावजूद सेवा की गुणवत्ता संतोषजनक नहीं लगती, जबकि स्थानीय (Local) गैराज में लगभग 60% कम लेबर लागत पर बेहतर व्यवहार, ध्यान और संतोषजनक कार्य मिल जाता है। होंडा जैसे प्रतिष्ठित ब्रांड से बेहतर ग्राहक सेवा, जवाबदेही और पेशेवर व्यवहार की अपेक्षा रहती है। आशा है कि इस दिशा में आवश्यक सुधार किए जाएंगे।

Had a nice experience

It is so unfortunate that such a brilliant company and yet so unethical. I gave my Activa 3G for repair and servicing on Sept 13, 2024 (Home pickup, since it was a complete breakdown, but they manage to start it without any weird noises) and was promised to deliver very next day. They told about some wire changes which was the main reason for frequent breakdowns and hence extended my delivery to Monday. It seems Kasliwal Honda service centre is used to procrastinate the delivery dates by mentioning other repairs. Final date of delivery was Friday September 20, 2024 at 11 AM. After calling, no proper response was given hence I had to visit their service centre and upon reaching I found no proper repair work done, no mirror change, and no service was done + vehicle was producing weird noises upon starting which was not the initial case which makes clear they don’t know how to manage the defect. Very unprofessional, would rather trust a local mechanic from next time onwards but will NEVER EVER visit again.
