Sir/Madam, February 2, 2026 My journey was from Indore to Jhabua. I enjoyed the journey very much, and felt very comfortable. Because we really enjoyed the way Car Owner Dipendra Bhai interacted with customers and ensured safe driving. Thank you very much to him for this. I would like to give him a 10/10 rating. Thank you.

Really had a great experience with Indore Taxi Indore. Pankaj ji was very humble, always on time, and guided us with the best suggestions during the trip. The journey was smooth and comfortable. Overall, very reliable and excellent service. Recommended.

The driver Hemant Parmar was very friendly and very professional. He was with us for two days. Needless to say, he was an excellent tour guide too. Five star!!!

We are very happy to travel with Mr. Ravibhai Chauhan. Ravi bhai is good behaviour and co operative person. Our safe and devotion journey from indor to omkareshwar to indore, Credit goes to Ravibhai.,😀 …

I had an amazing and very pleasant 3-day trip in Indore. Our driver, Yuvraj Rathore, is an amazing person and extremely professional. He was punctual, polite, and made the entire journey smooth and comfortable. His driving was safe, and he was very cooperative throughout the trip. Highly recommended for anyone traveling in and around Indore.

Today, we traveled from Indore to Omkareshwar and Mandu. The Dzire car was spotless, and the journey was truly enjoyable. The driver, Mr. Deependra, provided a very comfortable ride. Whenever we visit Indore, we will definitely travel with Indore Taxi.

Really had great experience with Pankaj Ji Booked the cab on short notice without any hassle. The driver was very polite, helpful, and professional throughout the trip. Overall, it was a smooth and very pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Absolutely DISGUSTING and FRAUDULENT service. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Kindly ignore all the positive ratings here—they are completely misleading. This company is nothing but a scam. We booked a trip for Indore–Ujjain–Omkareshwar–Indore, and it turned into one of the worst travel experiences ever. 1. Extremely unprofessional and rude driver The driver, Rahul Mandloi, was arrogant, disrespectful, and outright irresponsible. He refused to drop us at designated locations, kept misleading us, and after repeated arguments, he shamelessly abandoned us in the middle of the road in Ujjain. We were left stranded and had to arrange autos ourselves. This is completely unacceptable and unsafe. 2. Constant cab switching and harassment They kept changing vehicles throughout the trip, causing unnecessary delays, confusion, and harassment. It completely ruined our travel plan and peace of mind. 3. False promises and blatant cheating They listed multiple places in the package as “covered by car,” including: Omkareshwar Jyotirling Mamleshwar Temple Narmada Ghats Jhula Bridge Parikrama Path, Kedareshwar, Gauri Somnath Reality: NONE of these places are accessible by car. Entry is restricted—you must walk or use boats. They were fully aware of this but deliberately hid the information just to charge us more. This is clear cheating. 4. Threatening behavior When we confronted them about this fraud, instead of resolving the issue, they started threatening us with police involvement. This shows their true nature. --- Final Verdict: This is not a travel service—it’s a trap. Extremely unprofessional, dishonest, and unsafe. Strong warning: DO NOT book with them under any circumstances. Save your money, your time, and your peace of mind. Big NO. Never recommend.

Today's trip from Indore to Omkareshwar and Maheshwar was excellent; the Dzire car was very clean and in great condition. I will recommend to everyone that whenever they visit Indore, they should travel with Indore Taxi. Drive with dipendra
