Leader security management is working in very professional way, never give a chance to complaints, providing trained man power. Narender Singh (Sawai Man Mahal, Asst. Manager security)

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Irresponsible. Low standard of manpower and services. We hired Leader about 10 months back for our bungalow as they had were also serving one of our friends bungalow. Collaborative business always gives better service. Since then we have moved across 3 field officers. The first one, Heeralal used to come to my property, get drunk, and sleep off in the guards cabin. When we found this, we were naturally livid. But, leader Apollogised and we decided to give them another shot. Their officers are never available. They never answer the guards calls, and very often never answer ours. I have had to drive back from a wedding to calm their guard whose bp was high and the leader field officer wouldn't answer his calls for 6 hours. We later got him all meds required, and let him rest for two days, while our domestic servant took his shift at the gate. Leader security finally called back two days later, and didn't even bother to apologise. Their officers weren't the only problem. Their guards are just inexperienced, young village boys picked up. Most guards who came were kids, always, always fell asleep during the night shift, and were mannerless. We caught two of their guards watching porn, one guard drinking, another two letting in his friends at night into our property and partying. I have not sued them because I honestly done have the time to do so. I have worked with Checkmate in the past, and I can't understand why I put myself through the last 10/months of peacelessness with leader. Don't do this to yourself. Hire another agency. All the best.

Excellent service! Very responsive, understand the needs and provide services accordingly. Above all, there is a structure to resolving queries

Very low professionalism. Complete failure as a company. Director is negligent and irresponsible. False promises. Fake reputation. Dissatisfied with their work and services. DO NOT EVER ASSOCIATE WITH THEM FOR WORK.
