Food is awesome but at the same time overrated and overpriced. You can buy the food items at better price at various other famous places. But the atmosphere and quality is still best than most other shops, service is actually good despite the crowd you can see on Sundays. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Scam Alert ⚠️ If you go to buy Samosa or any other breakfast product in the morning and you buy it in large quantity, then they pack it in old pieces which contain small pieces and there is a small chance of food getting spoiled, be careful.

The normal samosa was a bit overpriced at ₹20-23 —not really worth it, as the taste was just okay. I also bought a packet of Ghatta Bhakar Baddi, which cost around ₹40–₹50. However, it tasted like it was made using degraded oil, or perhaps they sold an expired packet. I couldn't verify this because there was no manufacturing or expiry date mentioned on the packaging.

Murliwala Sweets near Bapat Square in Indore is a beloved spot for traditional Indian snacks and sweets. Renowned for its fresh poha, jalebi, samosas, and kachoris, it offers a hygienic environment and prompt service. A must-visit for authentic Indori flavors.

Very bad experience at this sweet shop. The owner’s behavior is extremely rude and unprofessional. He doesn’t know how to talk to customers politely. The quality of sweets was also not good and hygiene was poorly maintained. Totally disappointed — I will never visit again and do not recommend this shop to anyone."

Tasty treats with room to improve! Murliwala is a well-known name in Indore when it comes to sweets and namkeens, and it lives up to its reputation in many ways. Their kaju katli, rasmalai, and motichoor laddoos are absolutely delicious – fresh, rich, and full of flavor. The namkeens like aloo bhujia and spicy mixture are also top-notch and perfect for tea-time snacks. The shop is clean and neatly organized, with a wide variety to choose from. Staff is generally polite and quick to attend. 🔧 One suggestion for improvement: During peak hours, billing and takeaway service can get a bit slow and chaotic. A better queue system or an extra counter could really enhance the experience. Overall, Murliwala is a go-to spot for quality Indian snacks and sweets in Indore. Will happily return for more!
