Came from Jaipur, heard a lot about this shop, worst experience, tasteless food, I tried idli, sev puri, dosa, nothing was special about it, I think Indore public has never visited Jaipur, must visit, you will feel the essence in every dish, anyway this was overhyped, overcrowded, not overpriced but felt I wasted my time in visiting this place. If you are looking for tasty delicacies go to some nearest street food vendor, rather than this place. Also they market some rasmalai as their speciality which was not at all special for me, it is normal in Jaipur and that too has kesar and piste which this guy didn't even thought of. Lol.
What a friendly staff and an amazing mithais, the badam roti is a must try, the caramelised almond mithai will literally make you drool, wanting more, the chenna items are also exceptional, the staff was kind and patient enough to let us eat every single piece and decide, overall an enriching experience.
Khopra patties, gulab jamun superb food and welcoming owner Order type Take out Meal type Brunch Price per person ₹1–200 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommendation for vegetarians Highly recommend Vegetarian offerings Menu is all vegetarian
So far pretty good experience. Their milk cake, rasmalai, laddoos, pani puri were really good. However i placed an order via Zomato during the onset of COVID, and they said since the items were not available they gave an alternate item instead, for which I do not know the price, since it was prepaid, and till date i still do not know whether i have been charged extra for a single item which could have been the price for two items
The taste was but if found a hair in your stuff then taste and are good for nothing
The sweets and namkeen shop is very good and serve very delicious snacks but the Madhuram restaurant here (being the sweets shop) have very poor service. They don't have the food what you desire. Neither do they serve Dal nor Curry. They refuse to customize the food even a little bit. If you tell them to prepare the food a bit spicy or something like that, the manager and waiters refuse to do so. The owner is very well behaved but on the contrary, staff is arrogant.
May be this shop, is famous for its sweets, but I ordered masala dosa, here. But I am not at all satisfied with it, it cost me 100 r's the quantity of masala is good, but the dosa was not at all crispy, only chutney given. no sambhar was provided. The taste was also okayish, it can be far more better.
Tried their rabdi malpua. It’s taste is okayish. Their service during crowd hours is quite slow. Found much better rabdi malpua while we were exploring sarafa. Overall, not a wow feeling place and taste. Have not tried their USP, the shahi shikanji. So cannot comment about it.
5 stars for hospitality and sugar cane Ras malai and dry fruits shikanji and Sabu Wada
Earlier the hospitality of madhuram was very good and taste is also good, now from past 1 year madhuram is the worst sweet shop and whenever i or my friend buy sweets from their, all the time its tasteless & stale food. The owener & staffs are very rude & didn’t accept that all that they serve was spoiled sweets and food. I will not recommend anyone to visit Madhuram. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
