Madhuram - Sweets And Namkeen

Sweets may be okay (based on experience of ordering from swiggy) but chaat and dahi bada not good at all. Dahi bada is a complete waste, too hard and dry.. not at all matching the level of even basic daho bada you get in indore.

Can be tried, reasonably priced, good menu. One can try the sigdi dosa here. Just any other sweet shop / restaurant of any other city. So overall good or average. This one is very famous sweet shop of the famous and it is more famous because of their dosa stall.they serve 150 types of authentic dosa and all are super tasty. But their special ginni dosa is very famous. It is super tasty just like mouth watering. Must try and owners behavior is also too good.

On my recent visit to Indore, I went to Madhuram Sweets to try out their Shahi Rasmalai. One of my friends recommended it to me. The taste was scrumptious. It was made of Sugarcane and no sugar was involved in the process.

I tried the pav bhaji dosa but it was not worth it. The quantity was much less and the dosa was average. The hype which was it's very tasty and all that didn't go well. You can try the other dosa. The chutney was okay. Friends keep travelling and keep enjoying the life and stop plastic pollution and stop cutting trees and help save mother earth.

Madhuram sweets used to be my favourite sweet shop in Indore. But this time I had a very bad experience. My brother and I ordered some sweets in the morning. We were told that they would be ready by evening. We were returning to Chennai that night, so it was upsetting when we were told in the evening that the sweets were not available and we were asked to get it from somewhere else. We had already paid in full in the morning. We were told that the owner would be back in 1/2 an hour and that he would refund our advance. It has been 4 days of follow up and now no one answers the phone or responds to our WA messages. The sweets that we had there still taste good, but the experience has been very bitter this time!

Worst baafla plate i have ever tasted. It was bitter in taste and it was smelling like kerosene oil. I have never rated any food like this but this experience I won't forget. Literally bitter...I mean like how? All of it was thrown in my dustbin, I can't even feed animal with that.

Loved the Poha here. More than poha and street food it is about their sweets. The sweets were - Makhan Bada (a type of balushai) extremely good, rasmali was also good. The most unique thing that i tried was Shikanji (that is made from Milk, Curd, Rabri) - a must have drink if you have a sweet tooth.
