Apna Sweets

Worst service ever , 45 minutes of waiting’s time for a small order

Food quality very low. Only name big but food and staff attitude is high level. I requested all people's don't buy sweet, fast food.totally Froad

Food was over priced. The snack items and sweets were quite good and very tasty. Can't say the same about the main course though.

"Disappointing experience at Apna Sweets vijay nagar branch . The staff's behavior was unprofessional and unhelpful. When I asked for assistance, they seemed uninterested and took a long time to respond.Perhaps some training would help improve their interactions with customers. Rating:1/5 stars Recommendation:Improve staff training on customer service and behavior." Specially sandip staff is too bad.

Tooo much waiting time only 2 boys were there to clean tables on the first floor they were exhausted and because of that waiting time was tooo much! And top of that you’ve to buy a card from ground floor then come on the first floor then come on the first floor to order! Pathetic service!

If you don't know how to make a South Indian dish then please do not disrespect the dish of a different state or city by making it. South Indian dish is a special dish. Dosa, Idli, Sambar is too much, please don't destroy the taste and when Indore residents don't know the country, then please make whatever is within your capacity.

Good and tasty food for foodfreaks... Awesome quality and good quantity

I recently dined at [Apna Sweets] and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. From the moment we arrived, service was incredibly slow. We waited over 20 minutes just to be seated. Once at our table, it took another 15 minutes to get any acknowledgment from the staff, and even longer for our food orders to arrive. The lack of attention to service, food quality, and ambiance made this visit far from enjoyable. I won’t be returning. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Never got a chance to even taste the sweet as the servers were very rude and ignorant. I waited near the counter for 10 min asking 3 different people just for the name of the sweet as few sweets did not have name tags, being from Bangalore I am unaware of sweets famous in Indore..when I asked for suggestions the servers were busy with other customers who came after me and served them before me. I was very disappointed and left the shop without tasting the sweet and would suggest anybody coming from outside please visit another sweet shop as this is not worth. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
