I ordered once on Swiggy. And was trying to call them to give instructions. Initially the phone was busy and later even if it rang for 10 times they didn't recieve the call. Amd Swiggy has put bot in place of customer support which is the worst thing Swiggy has done in 2025. For God sake, Swiggy and Restaurant are ruining their services. Service: 1
