We visited from Mumbai and decided to buy sweets from this supposedly "famous" shop, but the experience was terrible. The staff was extremely rude and dismissive. When we asked for basic items like a tissue paper or a disposable spoon, they bluntly said it was banned here. When asked about their legacy, the staff proudly claimed they have been around for 70 years. ​We tried their Balushahi, and right after eating it, our throats started burning. The quality is hazardous and substandard. Food safety authorities like the FSSAI and FDA seriously need to inspect this place. A shop running for 70 years with such terrible quality and attitude deserves to be shut down in 70 days. Would not recommend to anyone!

I found the sweets to be quite expensive compared to other sweet shops in the area. Unfortunately, the customer service was also disappointing. Even though there are many staff members, during peak hours they often don’t seem to pay attention to customers. I had to ask the staff 4–5 times just to get assistance. The staff also came across as rude and uninterested in helping. I believe customer service is one of the most important aspects of any business. However, my experience here made me feel that the focus is mainly on selling sweets rather than taking care of customers. I hope they improve their customer service and staff responsiveness.

Expensive but top notch quality.

Overally priced , price doesn't match with quality of sweet served. Quality is normal as well.
