Agrawal Sweets

I recently purchased badam katli from your store, and I must express my disappointment with the product. The badam katli I received was excessively thick, and it did not live up to my expectations of a delicate and enjoyable treat. The overwhelming thickness made it difficult to chew and lacked the smoothness that I have come to appreciate in this traditional Indian sweet. I believe that reducing the thickness by half would greatly enhance the overall experience, allowing the flavors to shine through without the heaviness. As a loyal customer, I hope you will consider this feedback to maintain the high-quality standards that I have come to associate with your store's products. Having been a fan of your store's offerings all the way in England, I was looking forward to relishing the badam katli, but unfortunately, it fell short of the mark. A thinner version would likely appeal to a broader range of customers and ensure that this delectable sweet remains a favorite choice for all. Your commitment to providing the best culinary experiences is evident, and I am confident that taking this feedback into account will lead to a more delightful and satisfying badam katli for your patrons to enjoy. Thank you for your attention, and I eagerly await the improved version of this beloved treat.

The rasgulla was really disappointing. The chhena quality and taste were not good at all.

Please donot order anything online from new agrawal sweets. As they donot follow instructions, take money also and donot replace the order. When clear instructions have been writtent onwer told that it happend by mistake, but tell how any one can make mistake 3 time.

It is a sweet shop with namkeen and very popular situated opposite to Sapna Sangeeta theatre on the Main road.Speciality in samosa kachori patis dahi Vada sabudana Vada lassi sweet drinks icecream gulab jamun mirchi bada sev, mixture, fariyali mixture types of sev namkeen and a variety of stuff.small siting of 5 people without parking.shops items are delicious and it's always crowded.Prizes are medium of all items.Taste invites people so making it more popular.People take away parcels for party get-together and picnic

Using old oil in kachori samosa….Worst poha sukha sukha ( 25/- per unit krne se kuch nai hota hai quality bhi deni padti hai…i would suggest ghar bana kr kha lo!! ).

Literally not happy with the namkeen quality, and the overall customer service. Despite requesting multiple times to replace it, nothing was done. The sev had an unpleasant oil smell, making it difficult to eat. As a loyal customer, I expected much better service and support, but this experience was truly disappointing. I didn’t expect this level of response from a premium store I have trusted for so long and never bothered for higher rates as I believed in quality but disappointed fully. Talking about exactly Agrawal sweets sapna sangeeta road snehanagar location.
