(1 star only because 0 stars is not possible) I have been eating sweets from Nema Sweets for over 20 years, but my recent experience has been deeply disappointing. I went there to buy Ghewar and requested the staff multiple times (3–4 times) to cut a piece so that I could check the quality. Despite repeated requests from me and my father, they completely ignored us. Finally, when I raised my voice out of frustration, the owner (wearing a gold chain) stepped in and realized the mistake of his staff. However, by then the entire experience was soured due to the rude and arrogant attitude of the employees. The staff behaved as if they didn’t care whether a customer bought or left — showing clear ghamand (arrogance) that is shocking for a business depending on loyal customers. After such treatment, I would strongly advise others to avoid visiting this shop. Businesses must understand that the Customer is KING, and treating customers disrespectfully will only harm them in the long run. Final Rating: 0⭐ (if possible).
