I purchased Indrani mithai to take home and specifically asked the shopkeeper if it would be safe to eat within an hour. He assured me that it was perfectly fine. However, when I ate it within half an hour of purchase, it tasted bad and I ended up vomiting within an hour. This was very disappointing and concerning.

A few minutes ago I bought Gulab Jamuns. When opening the packet there's a legit insect inside the box. Since the fog covered the plastic lid it was hard to notice at the shop. Ordered from Outloot via Zomato today, and it turned out to be a truly disappointing experience. The food arrived cold, stale, and far from what one would expect from such a reputed place. Packaging was poorly done items were leaking and presentation was a mess. It's surprising how a brand known for its food standards could deliver something so careless. There was no taste, no freshness just an overall lack of effort and quality. Tried contacting for support but received no proper response or solution. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially when customers trust well-known outlets. My Sunday was completely ruined because of this. If the issue isn’t resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate it further. Hoping for accountability and action, not silence.

The place has become quite mismanaged after pappu bhai is not there, employees do what they want to do, been buying from this store since past 20 years, but ab lag rha hai nahi jaunga wapas, bohot badtameez aur ghatiya vyavahar hone lag gya hai, aur ladke ne jaan karr k pohe ki pudiya me aadhi quantity he di, counter pe jo aadmi hai vo khudko india ka pm samajhta hai...pathetic shop, highly recommend to avoid

Good place for your grave for chaata, kachori, samosa, khaman, panipuri, sweet. Neat and clean, hygeine. There is a parking issue because shop in main road. Taste is good, poha jalebi is good breakfast. Affordable price for every items.
