I am updating my review on top of previous feedback given: Well, this Caterer has changed a lot since the time I contacted earlier (my previous reviews were very +ve) I booked this caterer thinking that I booked my previous event and without giving a second thought in my mind. But this guy has changed a lot. I booked this for Sundar Kand Prasadi Bhojan and requested him to also include Tea/Coffee as part of it. It was required because the programme was in outside and it was full cold December night. Interestingly his staff was agreeing and had no problem but I heard him saying to his staff that “Chay ke bartan saaf karne mein dikkat hoti hai isiliye booking nahi lena hai yahan par” This caterer didn’t include this simple request and also didn’t reduce price at all. His WhatsApp catalog shows lower rates but he charged more from us. I had a long conversation in family and everyone started saying why do we need this caterer. Just book another one at more reasonable price and can accommodate all the requirements. But it was too late by that time and it difficult to find a caterer within few days. I was shocked to hear him denying repeatedly for accommodating this simple requirement, charged higher rates and I realised how people changes over time when business starts roaring. Note that it’s only this customer satisfaction which makes your business up and down. I just want to emphasise that if you loose this in your work. No matter how good you do, you loose the TRUST. You lost our TRUST this time !

We had asked them for catering for our function. We had a special requirement of no onion garlic. The team did a superb job - they setup the place on time, the food was of great quality and taste, everything was managed very well and responsibly. The cleanliness leve was exceptional. It was a wonderful experience altogether the taste was super delicious plus the catering experience was seamless i had to not even ask once for anything related to services. Highly recommended.

We recently hired this catering service for first birthday celebration, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience! The food was absolutely delicious. Staff was cordial and very well managed and all thanks to Mr. Ashish for personally making sure everything ran smoothly throughout the event. The decoration was beautiful and perfectly suited the occasion. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality catering and excellent service!
