Not proper delivery and return policy..I ordered tv unity last 30 day before but now 30 days going no one call pick no one can receive return order

Pathetic service. Processing is very slow. Cannot deliver on same day even if order is in same city. So poor. Didn't expect this from Amazon. Even customer service is of no use. They have no information whatsoever about the order delivery and can't do anything to fasten the process.

Never order from Amazon in indore there guys will cancel order from there on your name. And your money will held so if any case it happens with you just wait for your refund if doesn't come then put FIR in police station on this hub manager if refund will not be credited.

Sab se ghatiya service hai, koi bhi order time se nahi dete hai, khud se order cancel kr dete hai na call uthaye hai na call ata hai delivery service se koi bhi mat use krna warna paisa fas jayega inme

Very bad service, 2 din se delhivery nahi kar raha, delhivery boy 2 din se bevkoof bana raha hai,

my order was 25 Oct and delivered date is 26 October no one contact me when they came to delivery address they have tried and also postponed delivery in next day when i try to connect with the delivery agent in next day they have been answering my call and they postponed delivery till 29 October and no one is contacting me worst of ordering with the amozon they could not take action against delivery agents 😡😡😡😡

यह आप देवास नाका अपना तरी काम करने का तरीका प्रोफेशनल तरीके से नहीं करते इनका काम करने का तरीका बहुत ही गंदा और खराब है बहुत ही घटिया है यह लोग गलत गलत जगह पर अपना पार्सल भेज देते हैं और कस्टमर को बदनाम करते हैं इतना खराब और घटिया क्वालिटी वाला अब कभी नहीं देखा इससे तो फ्लिपकार्ट वाले और ईकार्ड वाले बहुत अच्छा काम करते हैं इनका तो सबसे पुअर काम है इसके कारण अमेजन को भी नुकसान हो रहा है और कस्टमर को भी नुकसान हो रहा है इतना ज्यादा नुकसान हो रहा है कि कस्टमर यहां से अमेजॉन से कुछ शॉपिंग करना पसंद नहीं करते क्योंकि यह लोग गलत डिलीवरी करते हैं गलत जगह डिलीवरी का माल पहुंचा देते हैं और कस्टमर को बदनाम कर देते हैं तीन-चार दिन तक जगह अलग-अलग जगह गलत गलत जगह घूम आते रहते हैं हमारे एरिया वाले बहुत परेशान हैं जिनकी इससे और Yahan Ke management Si bahut hi jyada purv and star dene layak Bhi Nahin Hai Majburi Mein vah Rishta Dena padta hai Negative Professionalism

Me ek amazon seller hu and rau se. Orders complete krta tha but. Abhi kuch time phle mene meri work place. Change ki h or new place pe. Easy pick-up available h but mere DA Sandeep bhaiya order pick krne se mna kr rhe h voh mujhe 1km dur bulate h . Ab delivery. Payment krne ke bad bhi pickup nhi ho rha h case open kiye hue bohot time ho gya but abhi tak kuch response nhi aa rha h na hi problem solve ho rhi h

Worst experience of Amazon very rude Behavior of staff never ever buy any samsung product if any defective piece comes online then replacing it is the herculean task. I have met with the worst replacement policy of this company probably among global ones indeed very very bitter experience of replacing the defective product

I ordered for DJI osmo mobile 6 and I m so pissed that I received such a wrong product. Completely disgusted to receive wrong product that too used. Didn't expect anything like this from Amazon. The product wasn't even packaged properly. This was a gift for my daughter on her birthday in two days. Now Mr. Sufiyan from customer service is saying that the investigation itself will take 4 days. And the call will be taken post that. What type of service is this. Completely not accepted from Amazon.
