DTDC COURIER PIPLYAHANA (World Cup) SQUARE

Dear all DTDC service is too good and thanks to Rama enterprises excellent service given by this service

Package reached safely and on time👍 …

Excellent & personal service, Thanks for an unforgettable courier experience in this pandemic & travel restrictions period. Positive Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Worst staff ever , cut the call on me

The worst response from staff. Irresponsible behaviour. Careless attitudes. They don't even inform if the courier returns. It happened to me.

Charged a bit extra, but the laptop was delivered successfully. They said it would be delivered in 4-5 days but it took more than a week.

Very Good Service. Quick .

Worst courier service ever ...... This girl charged higher amount and told that the package will be delivered in 2-3 days but one-week has elapsed and the package is not delivered yet...... They charge high but the service is very poor and also now she is not picking call. Very pathetic behaviour

Amazing service,I have transferred my documents to insurance company and DTDC played major role, thanks to DTDC services & far better than bluedart(because DTDC is the only one who transferred my iMac machine on different location and bluedart not able to do, because their services are not capable enough to transfer on few locations like trivendrum. But DTDC delivered on time and on exact location within ideal time frame. Good work DTDC, and thanks again.

The girl on the reception said to send sweets by air cargo and charged more, she assured it will reach in 2-3 days. Its been 8 days no update about the status. Customer service is irresponsive and when enquired with the girl she said i told you before because of heavy load it might delay. Which she didnt. Now no one is giving response and my sweets worth thousands its rotting somewhere
