I would like to give zero points on a scale of 5 to this courier service. My consignment has been returned with a note that I refused to accept. In fact, I had not refused my own parcel for which I had paid. This is pathetic service. Management please resolve.

They do not come to pickup and update wrong status that person is not available and parcel not ready. VERY THIRD CLASS

Deserve 0 rating very rude behaviour i did not share cancellation OTP still they cancelled my parcel and i got otp notification and sms saying that your parcel has been cancelled by you even i did not receive a single call from delivery boy, This is pathetic service still my issue is not resolved
Very rude & bad behaviour of courier delivery man, denied to deliver parcel on home given address & told me that to take parcel at other location. My past experiences is very poor with this courier, l suggest please don't use this service to sent my order.
