Worst service ever, hyderabad se parcel 10 din me bhi recive nai hota na hi office k log phone answer karte h. Pata nai vrl logistics itna bada kaam kese logo k bharose chala rahe h, I am never gonna use this logistics ever in my life again

Very very good experience VRL logistic service good The only problem is that when the goods are coming from your regular transport, then we have to give our ID again and again. When it comes with the same name, then you should think about this. Since you have all the work online, then you can use the ID.Fit the data also with you

I would like to thank VRL Goods Movers and Packers Delhi for the whole experience. Mr. Raj was very helpful and understanding throughout my whole experience despite the issues they had to deal with. Staffs were very polite and packing and unloading is safe as well!

Pathetic service, give on 11th feb 2025 and still in transit (17/2/25). And whenever try to connect the customer care number is always busy, no proper response from the team.

Service good but processing slow

It was my first experience with VRL logistics. For the very big distance of 1600kms. Great logistic service provider. Big network, long coverage, cheap transportation cost compare to other logistic service providers. Nice experience, they also have app based tracking system, you can track your consignment status frequently. Yes they also have sms service on the phone itself.

I had a very disappointing experience while going to receive material at VRL. The staff there have no sense of proper communication or customer service. First, I gave them my Aadhaar card for verification, but they insisted on a photocopy — even though they already have a photocopy machine available. They sent me almost 3 km away just to get a copy made. After I came back with the photocopy, they rudely told me to come after one hour. Their tone and behaviour were very unprofessional and disrespectful. VRL should train their staff on how to treat customers properly and provide better service at their receiving point.
