A good courie service but their delivery facility not available in bijalpur area

Worst experience with them. What’s the use of a courier service if you can’t deliver it at home. What a ridiculous bunch of unprofessional people.

Worst courier service ever. It's been 4 days from 11th to 14th my courier is in the office of my city and i didn't receive till yet. And also the delivery boy's way of harsh talking disappointed me.

I have never seen such a ridiculous staff ever before. Firstly they accept the courier saying that it'll get delivered within 2-3 days and then they deny the delivery to the doorstep saying that it doesn't fall in their range. How stupid can be the staff who first accept the order. And even if you have accepted it mistakenly or you were not aware about the area then you should apologize to the customer and try your best to deliver the product at the doorstep. But no, rather than accepting their mistake, they throw attitude to the customer saying a clear no that we'll not deliver it. I kept on calling to both the centers requesting for the delivery but they didn't even tried once to help me out. We are paying for the service, you people are not working for free. So have some basic skills to treat your customers rather than behaving rudely. This is specifically for the staff of Indore (sapna sangeeta) branch.
