The team and specially the owner should pay attention to the customer service. The store executive is not professional and lacks communication and intimation skills. Good place if you just want to buy new equipments for service and repair I don't think these guys know what they should do.

I recently visited this Yamaha-authorized guitar shop, and I must say, it was an excellent experience. The staff, especially the sir, were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They guided me through different models, helping me find the perfect guitar that suited my needs. What impressed me the most was their after-sales service. They ensure that every customer gets the best support even after the purchase, whether it's setup assistance, maintenance tips, or minor adjustments. Their dedication to customer satisfaction truly stands out. If you're looking for an authentic Yamaha guitar with great service, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!
