Umang Kathak Dance Academy

Meri beti ne kathak class is June se hi join kiya. Aug me Annual function tha I thot as she has joined recently she won't be part of it but Mam told 'No student will be left, all will participate'. I was amazed to hear that. When I attended the function it was big surprise that all students were part of multiple performances. My daughter was part of 4 Performances. Annual function was flawless and Super Duper hit. I became big fan of Umang Kathak Dance Academy since then. I could see lot of improvements in my daughter after that she has become more vocal and stage fear has gone. I would recommend this institute to all who are interested in getting their kids trained in Kathak. Thank you Priya mam, you are amazing teacher and a very jovial and energetic and enthusiastic person ❤️

I have been part of this Umang family since it has been started and the founder Ms. Priya Gokhale ma'am is an amazing kathak dancer who believes in making stars. She has been the best mother figure to the students. She has unique and simply elegant styles to make students learn and understand the pattern and steps so easily and effectively. The atmosphere and ambience of class is so neat and pure to learn and enjoy. ☺️🥰

Priya mam is a very humble human being and she has innate talent which she is trying to educate in her dance academy. A classical dancer with a a very good heart. If your kids are into classical.dances do enrol them in this academy.

Priya mam is an amazing dance teacher , her teaching skills makes us very comfortable in the class and her techniques are easy to understand. She has a lot of knowledge which she never misses to share. Joining her classes was indeed the best decision. If you want to learn the art of Kathak or Bollywood dance, this is the best place "Umang Academy." It's a joy to dance with Priya Mam and I am proud to be a part of her Academy.

Learning semiclassical dance from Priya Madam is a totally amazing experience. She is so passionate, devoted and a hardcore sincere teacher that a very premature and slow learner like me (I am learning dance again after a gap of 45 yrs) have also started dancing in a rythm and form. She makes the atmosphere very comfortable and friendly that its becomes an enjoyment and longing for the class. Thanks a lot madam.

Iam grateful to Respected Priya mam for introducing semi classical dance batch for us, although not having dance background. She as a teacher is ideal, sincere and soft spoken. So we enjoy the learning and performing process.
