Here is my 10kgs transformation. Everybody suggested me to join gym and do strength training only then your body will get in shape.. but khushboo di said give me 3 months and rest she will handle. And here i am . First 3 month she gave me proper shape to my body with basic workout and diet . Muje laga hi nahi ki meri body khana demand kr rhi with her diet and workout was like anybody can do . No tough things jisse muje ghar jaa k hustle m prob ho. I have seating 10hours business then i have daughter and house to handle she taught management in yogasan and how we can be positive and choose ourself and our body over everything. And now its like ki agar yaha nhi jaau to day complete hi nahi lgta h. Its been 5 months and every month i am getting better.Thankyou khushboo di♥️ and thankyou you megha di for always being there arround me♥️🧿. I never ever have thought that i will acheive my goal this early and still we are transforming. And the comments are read below are just baseless statement and publicity stunt of defamation by haters . Khushboo di so polite and calm personality i have ever met to. You can see below screenshot how she responds me every single time doesn't matter its night or morning. Look at the dates in screenshot and its been years since i was in school i know her she have never been rude to anybody. Even if she is nkt in the class she allow me to workout and she motivated me with the sentence “Proud of you”. If i would be at her place i definitely be rude to that person that if i am not there how they entered to my space.. but she did not. So haters don't defame anybody with no proofs.
