Worst experience ever. Reserved a table through swiggy dineout . The outlet clearly declined to accept our booking when we reached there inspite of paying the advance booking amount. Mr Mahesh was completely non cooperative and did not have a sense of talking to the customers. The conflict between sassy house and swiggy dineout spoiled our experience. Please confirm before visiting the restaurant if you book in advance. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food was amazing but delivered after more than 90 mins. They lied about the tandoor timing and accepted the order 40mins early. Zomato is covering up because of the high rating, but waiting more than 90 mins just for 6km not fair. It was a large order of good money. Over priced and bad service. Just provide alav at night so if you wanna hang with buddies you may go else everything is not up to mark and overpriced. Taste of tea and pizza was really bad. Tea was premix. Three star for ambiance.

very bad experience, rude staff, rude owner, poor management at the restaurant. booked my table through swiggy dineout but after reaching the place they refused to accept payment through it. completely declined to serve food also. the owner said "aap jo chaho karlo swiggy se payment nahi hoga". this place stays open late at nights till 4 am. what kind of job is the police force doing allowing this place to stay open this late ? are they waiting for bad things to happen ? how is this restaurant exclusive from others that other places cannot serve food late at night but this place is doing so. there must be strict action against this.
