Main Chauthi bar Gadi Ki service karane Gaya per gadi acche se service to Garib aur wash Nahin Kari bahut gandi gadi ho rahi hai meri. Aur Maine Mana kara tha polish mat Karna gadi par fir bhi polish kar di isliye vah gandi aur bhi lag rahi hai

Worst service ever. They should close the service center. For a general inspection and a joke of a center. I waited for 5 hours bcoz the service center is far from my location and the home delivery charges r expensive for no reason. They changed the brake cables and did some more adjusting to it but they didn't fix the horn, the brakes(the brakes take a really hard press to stop), they didn't fix the self start button n told me that the battery was dying despite it being a month old battery. 😐💀. They charged me high amount of it and were so rude. My vehicle was the only one in the service area yet they assigned some new mechanic on the job and he took 3 hours just to fix the chassis back. Worst experience, I already told staff for urgent service but still have to sit 4 hours. Management unknowingly do the work. No communication between management and mechanic staff.

Very bad service center of honda in indore, job card banane se lekar service aur gadi delivery tak ki process bahut hi slow aur ghatiya hai, kabhi bhi na jaye.

Worst experience ever not a good staff. Manager is not understanding the customers problem and they called and told your scooty is on washing please come when reached work is still going on. Not good experience at billing section. Overall worst experience i had on doshi honda. I request if you want to your brand alive please do care of customer

I went for battery issue to service center. The attender was so rude and suggested battery replacement without even checking it. My battery was recently changed original Exide battery under warranty but he is not ready to listen to me as he just want to change it. He started arguing for such a small thing and heated up conversation. No respect for customer and looks like they are looking to replace the parts even when it is not necessary. Be careful if you are dropping your bike for service.

Very bad experience…they took too much time to claim the insurance. Aprx 20 days they taken. And after 20 days as well. They will not checked properly and delivered the activa. When I visit the service center again they told me some clip we missed to fit.
