I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by Doshi Honda Service Centre (Scheme No. 78). I handed over my Honda Activa on 17th February for replacement of the front panel and left-side trim cover. However, as of 24th February, the service has still not been completed. It has now been 8 days, and I am extremely surprised and disappointed that such a minor repair could not be finished within this time frame. Despite waiting patiently, I have not received any proper update or clear timeline for delivery. This delay has caused significant inconvenience to me. I request you to kindly look into this matter

The worst service centre I have ever seen. The staff do not speak properly and always say they will provide the vehicle by the end of the day, but they never call or deliver it on time. The next day only they provide the vehicle. This is not the first time—I have faced this issue multiple times. The attending staff are very rude, do not communicate properly, and bad aixpairiainchai with vaihichlai sairviching, aapni sairviching karanai kai bath oil blachk nikl and unhonai kah oil allraiady chhangaid. but chhaichk kia to oil blachk nikl . and raiquaist karnai kai bath 1 hours washing mai lagai timai pai timai wastai and no onai raisponding.

Very disappointed, losing trust on Honda customer service. Vehicle serviceing quality is not good. First they are not accepting for free service because my first free service time is over on 25 April. I paid full amount as charged but after received my activa, it not looking upto the mark. Washing water patches are everywhere, even minor scratchs are not fixed (which can be removed with rubbing) and staff was denied to clean with polish. They just rubbed with cloth and said take it away. Also I mentioned left side mirror problem, it is also not fixed. Breaks are operating too much hard, I have adjusted myself. Overall not satisfied with this center's services. I will try other service center on next service.

Pathetic Experience, staff is not supportive at all, did not even try to check the bike. The particular person who handles Warranty claim think he is the most knowledgeable person on the earth, a simple problem not resolved by them. Please stay vigilant while visiting this Service center.

Paisa aur waqt dono barbaad huye. Yahan se service karwane se pehle log dhyan rakhein."

Yesterday only I got my CB SHINE 125 serviced. This is the worst service center of honda. 1. They fitted new brake shoes in rear tyre, when I took the delivery and did a test ride, ticking and cracking sound started coming from back tyre, I informed them but they ignored. Today morning I get it checked by a trained mechanic who after examining noticed that the new brake shoes aren't fitted properly and the braking is happening automatically also they misfitted the tyre due to which sproket is making too much sound. 2. At the time of making job card, they didn't tell me that each and every part they are fitting has its own separate fitting charges. 3. They cost me a total of approximately 900 and above ₹, as labour costs. What's at the time of making the job card? They informed me that the service charges and the labour charges are ₹550, only. 4. They are worst in servicing the vehicles.
