Royal Enfield Showroom - RR Automotive

Very good staff

Indore's best royal Enfield showroom & their staff behaviour so good 💗✨ …

Fast and good service

I have heard of pathetic after sales service …. But never heard of pathetic “ pre sales service “ This place doesn’t want to sell …. Staff needs serious customer service training . !! That reminds me of the saying “ if you pay peanuts you know what you get !! I rather buy my bike from another city . Can anyone recommend me a good dealer … thanx for your help !!

The experience was really very bad. My uncle bought a thunderbird from there. The staff of rr automative is not resposires. They don't know how to treat a customer, two girls of the staff who making bills and collecting payments really very poor they took 1:30 hour to complete a bill after receiving bike details, they told they will handover bike within 30 min after completing of finance process. The staff behaving like they are the only Royal Enfield showroom and after submitting amount to them they are ignoring like (ho jaiga to bol denge aap yha mat khade raho, after asking how much we have to wait one of the staff member said to me jissey baat hui h uske pass jao. Mere pass aate to 15 min me krwa deta.) This is my first worst experience of customer handling from any bike and car showroom working staff. Guys think before go there or if you are looking very rich infornt of them they will do your work on priority. 3rd class working staff...
