Amazing experience, though i got another bike but the way they treat and greeted knowing i am confused they gave their best
One of the best automobile showroom in Indore. The staff is courteous and professional. Good services provided. This showroom is one among the three Royal Enfield showrooms in Indore.
My Experience are wonderful good staff behaviour
Don’t purchase from this showroom guy recently I purchased Thunderbird 350 and they provide me defective Bike with heavy audiable noise after few run and Bike get HeatUp also silencer has welding marks . When I asked him to replace defective bike with new One they are not supporting. Even none of them are making official statement by mail what they are telling to justifying this. It’s my personal Experience don’t Purchased from this Showroom or if Purchase on your own Risk .
I booked appointment for 10, showroom was closed at 10, at least inform me , I travelled 10kms for service
Helped me resolving my issue with my shotgun 650, Umar bhai helped alot.
Today I reached to this Royal Enfield showroom for checking engine sound of my classic 350, they told me that there is work in engine (crank sound) which cost you 13000 to repair and 18000 to change. But I went to the local shop of mechanic and we found that there is a bearing which is broken in LH cover which cost only 300 rupees. I am very disappointed by the Royal Enfield service centre they have no knowledge about engines or may be they all are doing some fraud 😑. You can also see the photo attached here which was the actual problem . #SCAM
