I visited the r r Tyre shop located at the same place . excellent service is provided for all your tyre needs I got my car allignment and balancing done over here The staff was polite and the owner himself is also a humble person.

Be aware guys! First and foremost, the customer service experience was equally appalling. The staff members I interacted with were unprofessional, unhelpful, and showed no regard for customer satisfaction. My inquiries and concerns were met with dismissive and indifferent attitudes, leaving me feeling neglected and ignored. It is disheartening to see such a lack of customer-centric values within your company. The servicing charges I was subjected to were exorbitant and completely unjustified. Upon bringing my bike in for a routine maintenance check, I was shocked to receive a bill that included numerous additional charges that were not discussed or agreed upon beforehand. These "surprise" fees, such as an alleged replacement of various components felt like a blatant attempt to squeeze more money out of me. I refuse to accept such deceptive business practices, and I demand a detailed breakdown of the charges to justify their legitimacy. Furthermore, the quality of service I received was abysmal. Not only did it take an unreasonably long time for my bike to be serviced, but the work carried out was of subpar quality. Upon receiving my bike back, I noticed several issues that were either not addressed or poorly fixed. The incompetence and lack of attention to detail exhibited by your technicians is inexcusable, especially considering the premium prices I paid for the servicing. Such a bad experience, kindly prefer other “Royal Enfield Showroom Agencies” and select wisely.

I was searching for Royal Enfield showroom since I came to Indore for my job...i have visited all showrooms of Indore but RR Automotive Indore is truly #1 They have much better approach towards Royal Enfield than any other! I'm happy and 100% satisfied with the services of RR...their delivery ceremony made my family so happy! True Fan 👍
