worst experience ever.. they sold me a defective piece and insisted me to pay 4k rs to change parts.. after 3 days they are saying that your vehicle met with an accident.. and also insist you to write good review.. strongly suggesting not to buy.. they will not help once they got there money.. in 1st party insurance they are saying you have to pay 50% amount

Post-Purchase Experience: Documentation Delay: Was initially promised complete vehicle documents within a month to one and a half months when purchasing in cash. However, post-purchase, the dealer has been unresponsive to queries on WhatsApp and calls, and has now stated that they cannot provide the Registration Certificate (RC) within the promised timeframe. Customer Service: After lodging a complaint with the CM helpline, I received a call from Doshi Honda’s head office suggesting that they could cancel or reject my RC at the RTO. Service Centre Facilities: The service centre lacks proper seating facilities in the waiting area, expecting customers to wait without adequate comfort. Customer Care: Post-delivery service is unsatisfactory, with staff showing indifference to customer queries and issues. Product Knowledge: The staff lacks sufficient knowledge to explain warranty and other manufacturer-provided details. Overall Impression: I am thoroughly disappointed with the service provided by Doshi Honda, Indore. The lack of customer care and inadequate knowledge of staff regarding important aspects such as warranty and documentation is concerning. The service centre’s disregard for customer comfort only adds to the frustration.
