Staff achcha nahi he, problem solve nahi hoti. Sarvice bhi bahut bekar he. I qube ki sarvice bhi karna nahi aati. New I qube me pichle tyar me awaj aa rahi thi ye log gadi sahi nahi kar paye, Phir me gadi dugar tvs par le gaya unhone gadi ko repair kiya.

Overall experience is very good but while proposing the insurance for my bike they said I will get TVS assistance, Zero depth and personal accident of 15lacs free in ₹7500 approx. Later on when I actually received the premium receipt the amount was 6316/- and rest was paid for Personal accident and TVS assistance. I'm not satisfied the way they cross sale other products without disclosing the whole details.

Worst experience ever . I went today for my ntorque due to lock problem. The guy nitin was executive too rude . I don't recommended to anyone here. I bought my scooty from here . I will never buy now TVS bike.

Yaha kewal kharid sakte hai gadi. Service ki koi zarurat nahi kyoki inka spare part ka kam nahi he. Original part aapko local market se kharidna padega ek bar service ke liye vijit kijiye or apni gadi wash ker le jaiye. Kyoki yaha sirf yahi ho sakta hai. 50 ke 500 . No parts available hare / No Main incharge hare only workers handle hare. Per showroom badhiya bana rakha he.

I recently visited Moksh TVS showroom to check out the new TVS Raider. I was very impressed with the showroom's cleanliness, hospitality, and helpful staff. The sales executive, Yash, was very knowledgeable about the bike and took the time to answer all of my questions. He also gave me a great test ride, which helped me to decide that the TVS Raider was the right bike for me.

I qube basic modal is very expensive, need give some offers to your old customers , other services are fine, Mr darsh has given a very simple explanation about bike good skills to explain demociation

I bought Jupiter smw model on 13 December 2024. After 1 month, the scooty started having problems in self starting. Now suddenly the scooty stopped, neither is it self starting nor with kick. I told the service center people that the scooty is not working, you pick it up and take it for servicing, but they just make excuses that there is no mechanic, it will not be done today, they just make excuses. If the new scooty is also having problems like the old scooty, then what is the point of buying a new vehicle. My experience of buying a scooter from Moksha TVS was very bad
