We have visited the showroom on Sunday, dated 21-02-2021 and did test drive of XUV 300. we were total 6 persons. The sales person Miss Anjali explained everything to us regarding features and various models very systematically. We did test drive twice as 2 of us wanted to drive the vehicle before booking and she allowed us for that also. She was very polite in her behavior with us and was very professional with regard to her work. One of our colleague was with his friend (Mr. Dwarka Lal Patidar) and we were having a casual talk our self. Mr. Sandeep Singh Puniya did a joke at Mr. Dwarka Lal Patidar and we all laughed on him. Due to misunderstanding and confusion Mr. Dwarka Lal Patidar took the joke otherwise and lodger the complaint via mail to Soumya Motors which created trouble for your sales person Miss Anjali. We are really sorry for this and we apologize to you for the action taken by our colleague's friend. We again visited your showroom and did booking in the name of Mr. Sandeep Singh Puniya. We have booked W6 Diesel model of XUV300. We again contacted Miss Anjali because she was very professional and polite while showing the vehicle to us. We have no direct relation with the person who lodged the complaint, even we do not know him well. It was no mistake on the part of Miss Anjali. We request you to please acquit Miss Anjali with regard to the complaint lodged as she is not guilty. Even if you want to investigate the matter we request you to please consider the point of view of Miss Anjali and our's also. In case you require any help, we can come to your showroom for clarification. I hope you will take the action independently. Thanks and Regards Abhishek Dhakad

Office staff didn't take care of customer well, driving experience was very good, guy was having very good details about the xuv700 but the office staff was just ok At the same time MG and Tata staff took care of us very well and were explaining the product and it's models very well
