They insist and scare the hell out of customer for buying insurance, RSA, extended warranty in many ways. Professionalism has no understanding here. They are car showroom first and not insurance agent. No customer centricity at all after the car arrives it’s harassment. Before and after booking they are great. Sales staff is good and well trained. Other than money matters they deal good with customer. No manager is interested in picking customer phone calls as they are mentally tired of customers. The way they treat customers, they get the same treatment.

I always choose SOMYA Mahendra this is my third Mahindra vehicle all are from somya mahindra because of helpful showroom staff behaviour and somya mahindra deals is best in indore region….

Such worst services i am getting from somaya service station..i have XUV 700 I am writing to inform you that my XUV 700 L has been severely damaged by rats. The speaker wires, back tray, and seats have all been affected. I am concerned about who is responsible for this kind of damage. One of the reasons I purchased this car was because of its safety and security features, but I am disappointed that no preventive measures are provided to protect the vehicle from rodent damage. I now have to take additional steps, such as installing a protective net, to avoid further issues. I would like to understand Mahindra’s stance on this matter and if there is any solution you can offer. I look forward to your response. Still services center did not give any attention to resolve this…
