This is the 2nd time I took it for service thinking may be 2nd time is a charm but its actually the issue with the staff and service center. One of the issue with my Access was not fixed but I was charged for the same, my mirror socket was damaged during service and later was asked to purchase a new one from them and at last the cherry on top that they stole 2-3 litre of petrol from my vehicle.

Had a great experience at Khandelwal Suzuki. The staff was polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the process. I bought the vehicle SUZUKI ACCESS 125 from the Khandelwal Suzuki about 5 months ago in Hard Cash 1,14,500 And what they gave me is Faulty Vehicle since I bought I seen that the Speedometer was completely changed then other and after i complained they changed it but the problem is not solved here, since I bought the vehicle it is giving me pain in our hands and shoulders hence I gave vehicle to there service center to be fixed at least more then 8-10 times and everytime they came up with your vehicle is fixed and it never fixed still I couldnt be able to drive my vehicle for 1 kms because of the accelarater working hard and giving me pain in hands and shoulders, also giving me unusual sound from the bottom. Whenever I go to their service center there service center people needed to be trained and taught how to behave with their customers, also there Manager Mr. Ashok Bhavsar he also behaves like he is your Boss, don't listen to customer queries and finally they are totally Failed to solve my Vehicle problems since last 5 months i am tired of giving my hard earned money vehicle to the sevice station to be fixed. * Never by vehicle from Suzuki khandelwal or from anywhere, * They have worst service even 8-10 times given my vehicle and couldn't be able to solve my queries. * They sold me Faulty Vehicle which has manufacturing defects, * There sales team person tried to contact my sister personally on whatsup at midnight which is very unprofessional, I already reported this issues to Grievance Redressal and Consumer Court Docket Number 9115671. NEVER BUY ACCESS FROM KHANDELWAL OR ANYWHERE GO FOR OTHER BRAND IF YOU DON'T WANT TO REPENT. I HAVE WORST EXPERIENCE FIRST TIME FROM SUCH COMPANY LIKE THIS. IT'S FRAUD AND BIG TIME SCAM.
