As well as they will broke Some parts of your two wheeler, and for that they will demand money from you.. They give their best to provide us the bad service experience And after that, they expect a good rating from the customer.

I bought a Burgman today from Khandelwal Suzuki, and I must say, their service is excellent! Everything was smooth, worry-free, and they took care of all the details. The insurance process was also very easy and hassle-free. Highly recommend them for anyone looking to buy a vehicle!

Helpful till you buy something, but when you need services they make false promises and give bad experience when you need services, as I experienced.

Behaviour of the staff is not good, this is the third time i came here for the service, they call everytime that the scooty is ready but we have to wait for 1 hour to collect the scooty only, if the scooty was not ready why cannot they tell us on call? This is the third time I’m waiting here, last time also happend the same, and the staff is also not supportive!!!

यहां सिवाये झूठ बोलने के अलावा कोई काम नहीं है। मेरी गाड़ी एक्सेस 125 इन्होंने पूछा तो ऐसे था शुरू सर्विस में के आपकी गाड़ी में क्या हो रहा है मेने सब बताया इनको जो जो प्रोब्लम्स थी और फिर मेरी गाड़ी वॉश हुई जिसमे इन्होंने क्रम सेट की पॉलिश निकल दी और फिर में कस्टमर लॉबी में बैठा हुआ था मेरी गाड़ी में क्या काम हो रहा है वो देखने लाइव देखा मेने कुछ भी सही नही किया सिर्फ ऑयल चेंज किया और गाड़ी खड़ी रहने दी मेने पूछा कब गाड़ी हो जायेगी मेरी तो बोले अभी काम चल रहा है और हो कुछ नही रहा था खड़ी थी गाड़ी मेरी पहचान इसी लिए मुश्किल था के गाड़ी के नंबर नही आए थे सेम चार गाड़ी खड़ी थी । और बाद में गाड़ी आई तो बोले पूरी गाड़ी सही हो गई जब मेने उसे चलाई तो वही आवाज़ और प्रोब्लम आ ही रही थी और खंडेलवाल सुज़ुकी से कोई फीडबैक के लिए कॉल भी नही आया यहाँ सर्विस करवाना मतलब सिर्फ गाड़ी धुलवाना और टाइम खराब करना Very Poor Service 🙏🏻
