Not a good place at all. The customer service is very bad they do not listen to your problems. The booking persons do not co operate with the customer's concern and not even care for their part of job. I always get a bad experience whenever I visit for servicing. Apart from the reception other staff( who takes booking and servicing) talk with no interest in what is asked or wanted by customer.

Very disappointing experience with Rajpal Honda showroom. At the time of purchasing the bike, the staff behaved nicely and promised good service support. But when I visited for the first service, their attitude completely changed. The staff was rude, argumentative, and had no respect for customers. For a very basic service like greasing and general checking, they made me wait almost 4 hours. No proper communication, no professionalism, and no customer handling at all. Once the bike is sold, they simply stop caring about customers. Extremely poor after-sales service. I would never recommend this showroom to anyone.

Bahut hi kharab experience raha. Bike servicing ke liye di thi, lekin proper servicing hi nahi ki. Aisa laga jaise bina kuch kiye hi bike de di ho. Paise aur time dono waste hue. Staff ka behaviour bhi achha nahi tha. Overall bahut disappointing experience raha, dobara yahan servicing ke liye nahi jaunga.
