राजपाल होंडा सपना संगीता से मेरा स्कूटर 125 डिस्क सिर्फ 1 महीने पहले ही लिया गया है और इसमें से शोर आ रहा है और मैंने इसके बारे में 3 बार शिकायत की है लेकिन शोरूम वालों की तरफ से कोई जवाब नहीं आया है और मैंने पहली सर्विस से पहले भी समस्या की सूचना दी थी लेकिन कोई समाधान नहीं हुआ और न ही मुझे बाद में कोई समाधान मिला, यह बहुत ही खराब सर्विस है और समस्या की सूचना देने के बाद भी कोई समाधान नहीं मिला! स्कूटर मुझे उसी हालत में लौटा दिया गया जैसी मैंने सर्विसिंग के लिए दी थी — बिना किसी उचित सफ़ाई ओर बिना किसी सुधार के ना कर्मचारियों की ओर से कोई ख़ास प्रयास किए। जब मैंने वहाँ मौजूद सर्विस प्रतिनिधि को इस बारे में बताया, तो उन्होंने मेरी चिंता को पूरी तरह से नज़रअंदाज़ कर दिया और स्कूटर को ठीक से धोने के बजाय उसे एक गंदे कपड़े से पोंछने की कोशिश की।

Today I purchased a Honda Shine bike from Rajpal Honda, Sapna Sangeeta showroom. From the moment I entered, the owner, Mr. Jatin Rajpal, welcomed us warmly and spoke very politely. He even offered us water and snacks, which reflected his humble and respectful nature. The entire delivery process of my bike was very smooth, and I had a really good experience. Special thanks to Mr. Jatin Rajpal for his kindness and the respect he shows to his customers. I truly appreciate it. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with Rajpal Honda, and I would highly recommend that anyone planning to buy a Honda vehicle should definitely visit Rajpal Honda.

Buying experience was good but Third class service experience. Staff not supportive. They don’t have manners how to talk .Should hire. Proper staff and disciplined staff. Not satisfied. And suggested everyone to don’t go. This showroom. If you purchase anything. So don’t purchase there AMC service plan. 1 ghanta wait karaya bulane k baad bhi gadi complete nhi thi wash bhi nhi hui number plate itni badtameezi se lagai jaise humare uppar koi ehsaan karrha ho worst service experience ever will not recommend anyone to buy from here Their service person Sohail Sheikh was very rude He put the number plate of the activa in a rude manner and it seemed as if someone was doing a favour and he is not even ready to accept his mistake .

Called Executive before went to collect the Vehicle from Servicing. Executive told the Vehicle is ready - But the Vehicle was not washed and they asked to wait of bring it after some time. We provided them the Number plate as vehicle was new but the plate was not been Installed. Very Poor Service , You Should value customer time.

Excellent service and good response from everyone

Bad experience , do not provide free services of new bikes by including extra charges they increase bill amount and bike service is also not up to date as my bike is not running good
