They should give training to staff to talk politely and with manners. They should also work properly and complete the work. I left my vehicle and it was unwashed at time of pickup. They agreed to wash but than I had to wait. Appreciate if you could treat customers same as presale after sale. It is customer who is giving business and jobs. Please respect.

I found this problem repeatedly - They call that your vehicle service is complete and you can come to pick up. But, when we reach and complete the billing, we found that vehicle wash was not done. Staff seems overloaded and wastes an hour to handover the vehicle. In today's customer oriented scenario, it is frustrating and not at all professional. I'm writing this because it is being faced constantly every time now. Not at all recommended.
