Extremely Disappointing Experience with Maruti Suzuki True Value (Rukmani Motors, Indore, Geeta Bhawan) I'm writing this review as a warning to others: stay away from True Value's used car sales. Our experience was an unmitigated disaster. The car we purchased was in terrible condition, and we've spent nearly half of the purchase price on repairs and servicing. The vehicle has been a constant source of trouble, causing us immense frustration and financial strain. What's worse is the complete lack of loyalty and support from True Value. They seem to only care about making a sale, without any regard for the customer's satisfaction or well-being. We regret buying the car and would not recommend True Value to anyone. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

Bought a Swift VXI 2018 from this True Value outlet and later found odometer rollback plus unresolved issues since delivery. Have been following up for 1 month with no proper support. Very disappointing experience and a complete loss of trust. Not recommended.

The dealership's unprofessionalism and lack of transparency have left me feeling cheated and deceived. We purchased a used car from them, but it's been a nightmare. The vehicle is riddled with problems, including faulty brakes, electrical issues, and a malfunctioning transmission. Despite numerous complaints and visits to the dealership, the issues remain unresolved. The sales team was pushy and deceptive, hiding crucial information about the vehicle's condition and history. They made false promises and misrepresented the car's features and performance. The after-sales service has been equally disappointing. The service team is unresponsive, and they seem to be more interested in making a quick sale than providing genuine customer support. I strongly advise others to avoid True Value Rukmani Motors Indore at all costs. The risks of getting scammed or sold a lemon are too high. Don't make the same mistake we did!
