Maruti Suzuki True Value (Rukmani Motors, Indore, Geeta Bhawan)

Only cars are sale here, if you ask for service then there is a festival going on, it has been a week but the insurance has not been transferred yet. Very poor service

Very good behaviour and helpful nature

I am satisfied with all experience

Very good services . We are fully satisfied

It’s a good stag and good surewish

Great experience buying my Wagon R 2022 from Truevalue! Car was as described, price was fair, and seller was honest and helpful. Would recommend!

Excellent All staff very cooperative .

यहां के स्टाफ का byavhar बहुत achha लगा hai!

Purchased a ford ecosport from truevalue last year , they gave me an accidental vehicle, everything was fine till 3-4 days and after that car started to breakdown, ac , ecm , bluetooth, suspension etc . I tried to sell the car to them and they refused to buy it. Truevalue Geeta bhawan are scammers. Don't buy any car from them.

Pathetic experience. I selected multiple cars online, booked a test drive, travelled 13 km (spent Rs 450) to visit the branch. The sales person was not at all interested in showing the cars I selected online. He was just showing me other overpriced cars, and pushing to purchase those cars. When I insisted for the test drive of the cars I selected online, he said the online price is wrong, and I need to pay 70k more than the online price on the same cars. Seems it's their marketing strategy to put fake online price to lure the customers to stores. Advice to store owners: If your sales people are honest, You don't need 20+ sales staff at a single store. Learn from Spinny, give a standardized customer experience, Keep your margins low, and you won't need these many sales people. Retain honest people, and remove liars.
