I purchased a Toyota Etios from Cars24. I was facing engine noise and AC issues in my car. I contacted Cars24 support and Faizan ji attended my car. He checked everything properly and resolved all the issues quickly. I really appreciate the Cars24 after-sales service and support. Thank you Cars24 and Faizan ji for the great service.

I purchased a Hyundai i10 Nios from Cars24 Indore Hub. The car had a steering issue, but Faizan ji attended the car promptly and resolved the problem on the same day. I really appreciate the quick response and professional support from the Cars24 Warranty team. Very satisfied with the service.

I recently bought a used car through Cars24, and my experience was smooth and hassle-free. Their website and app are user-friendly, with clear car listings including details like model, year, mileage, and price. The best part was that they handled the RC transfer and documentation, saving me a lot of time. - Wide selection of verified used cars - Transparent pricing with no hidden charges - Quick loan and EMI options - Free RC transfer in many cases - Option for home delivery Overall, Cars24 is a reliable platform for buying and selling used cars. If you want a simple and trustworthy process, it’s worth using.

I recently visited the Cars24 Indore branch to see a 2023 Tata Tigor XZ+ that was advertised at ₹4.85 lakh. However, after reaching the hub, several additional charges were added, taking the total cost to around ₹5.55 lakh. I was informed that all these charges, including warranty and other add-ons, were compulsory and non-negotiable. What made the experience worse was the customer service. I had booked a test drive in advance, yet there was no proper assistance available to show us the car. The staff seemed uninterested and their behavior was not welcoming at all. It felt as if customers' time and effort were not being valued. The most disappointing part for me was that my father was initially reluctant to visit a used-car dealership. I spent a lot of time convincing him that Cars24 would provide a professional and transparent experience. Unfortunately, after visiting the branch, both of us came back disappointed. I personally felt bad because I had recommended this visit to my father and expected a much better experience. When someone is planning to spend over ₹5 lakh on a car, they deserve transparency, proper assistance, and respectful treatment. Sadly, our experience at the Cars24 Indore branch fell far short of those expectations.
