Blue Dart Express Ltd

There is no contact detail except toll free where you will get only message which is available on the website. They claim that at 11.00 PM the tried to deliver and nobody was at home. A big lie. Even after 2 days of information that my parcel is once out for delivery still nobody deliver the product.

Hopeless service.. they have street gundaas who are abusive and just do not want to work.. and you cannot reach any manager as they are not available

Worst courier service when it comes to customer care and response from their service team on call. They are the most arrogant executives sitting in the office of any company who aren't trained to attend the customer calls.

worst worst worst service please do not waste your time and money on this.n Never ever trust this courier service every time i am supposed to get my parcel with bluedart i have to struggle with either not delivered or delivered to some other address or not delivered still shows delivered. All eCommerce sites should black list them.

worst is wrong word . they are EVIL No sense of responsibility . Full of lies and untruthful reasons of non delivery. banks should see these reviews and then remove blue dart from services

never inform u if they get ur packet, thrice they hv lost my parcels and without even trying to deliever, they keep updating the status as tried to deliver no one found so returning. atrocious!!!
