No one responding. Call centre is not working. Toll number is also not working. No one is their to support customer. Pathetic experience. But they charge premium for the service 😆. Poor company.... Negative Professionalism

Worst service in ratlam.. never delivered at time after to many calls and msgs.. you should shut your office here..

Delivery personswas rude and speaking unprofessionaly after complaining in their office also not takng any action. Negative Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

प्रेषक द्वारा मुझे बताया गया कि उनके रिकॉर्ड में दस्तावेज़ मुझे 18 मई को ही मिल गए है, परंतु आज तक मुझे दस्तावेज़ प्राप्त नही हुए है। हद तो तब हो गयी जब डिलीवरी शीट में मेरे फ़र्ज़ी हस्ताक्षर कर दिए गए है, पता नही मुझे दस्तावेज़ मिलेंगे या नही । पुलिस में शिकायत करना ज़रूरी है, क्या पता कोई मुझे भेजे गए दस्तावेज़ों का गलत फायदा उठा ले ।

The executive on the desk behaved very well and helped properly. Great experience and the package I parcelled reached before time.

Courrier boy was very bad he miss behave with us he can’t for 2-3 minutes for payments.

Good services but employee was not give you proper information about your parcel and Bofors parcel you have to check your courier
