I was attended by Mr. Nikhil Singh he was very cooperative and humble. Happy with my shopping

I had lovely experience here with Ashok Ji and Pritesh who guided my for all the options. They have tried and gave me the best price 😇 Very generous and humble attitude both of them showed …

Very nice product and quality We washing machine and the washing machine was very good the effective price was given by the Lotus electronics so I was very happy

Mr rajendra verma is good sales person,we like their behaviour.

Editing 5 star to 1 star. I had to give this 5 star rating while standing inside the AB road outlet as they were not ready to give me the invoice of my purchase until I gave them a rating on google. As i had already made the payment, I had to give this rating to get my bill of purchase. Extremely bad experience and service. I purchased Bosch washing machine on 19th Sept and they sent me dented product. Packaging had a hole in it which they cleverly hid by pasting a big sticker from the outside. After multiple calls to Lotus and Bosch company, no action has been taken and no help is provided. They're just saying we'll take action but it's all lie. I know I'll have to keep using the damaged product as I made the full payment. They just take your money from you for new product and give you dented and damaged product. Great business, they're running by scamming customers.
