Great price easy access and customer experience . Nikhil Kumar Singh was quick with query and service

Visited the lotus store today for the purchase of a 75 inch. TV. Was satisfied with the service and support of sales persons. All queries answered and information provided. Very good experience.

Mr. Kapil Patel recommended a cooler to me and, taking the dimensions of my room into account, explained the product in detail. He also requested, "Sir, please leave a Google review." However, I replied that I would only write a Google review after taking the product home, using it, and fully understanding how it performs And it was exactly as he suggested. The color matches my room perfectly. Kapil Patel is a very nice person and a very helpful person☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️ thank u lotus 🪷

would like to share my feedback regarding the LED purchase. The product quality is good and the performance is satisfactory. Delivery and overall service experience were also smooth. Thank you Hemant ji for your support and service.
