Had a very good experience at the electronics store. The staff name Nikhil khumar singh were very cooperative, polite, and well-behaved. They patiently answered all my questions and helped me choose the right product without any rush.

Lotus is a very bad showroom, none of my problems are solved here. I had purchased a top loading washing machine from them, which turned out to be a defective piece.Today it is going to be a month, they have not found a solution to any kind of problem nor do they pick up the phone. If you call their showroom, I believe that they have made a big mistake.
