Worst experience receptionist behaviour is pathetic also they charge more then usual other diagnostic centres very rude and unprofessional behaviour especially that receptionist they dont tell you exact amount then after the procedure demands more with pathetic behaviour ...stay away please there are more better diagnostic centres in indore

🚨 Worst Experience Ever – Stay Away! 🚨 This place is a total fraud center. They trick you into handing over your mobile under some excuse, then secretly take it inside to manipulate and post fake ratings. On top of that, the receptionist is shockingly rude, unprofessional, and has no sense of customer service. Please don’t waste your time or money here. There are plenty of better and more genuine options around. Coming here will only leave you frustrated and regretting your decision.

Im here right now , done with my USG. It was wonderful experience here radiologist is so polite and shows you exactly all the problem. Would suggest everyone to come and visit this place if you want to get your sonography done. You will get your reports within 30 minutes.

Lack of empathy and understanding. The staff at the reception is rude and unwilling to consider the genuine constraints of a patient. I had to travel a long distance for the scan, and if they had wished, they could have adjusted their schedule by just a couple of minutes instead of asking me to come back later and later. The doctor/sonographer did explain my medical condition during the scan, and I appreciate that. However, I was charged a significantly higher fee, so this cannot be considered a favor. Good medical expertise should be accompanied by courteous and compassionate patient care. Unfortunately, that was missing during my visit.
