The Super 30 Capsule at Force Defence Academy was very helpful. The mentors explained every task clearly, gave personalised feedback, and conducted realistic mock sessions. The environment was disciplined and motivating. Highly recommended! The daily practice sessions, including lecturette, GDs, story writing, narration, and obstacle-based GTO activities, significantly improved my confidence. I especially appreciated the personalized feedback after each task. The mentors were approachable and encouraged us to ask doubts anytime.
