My daughter Teesta Chaurasia is a student of CS Foundation here. She also did her 11th and 12th coaching along with her two friends. I am most appreciative of the efforts their faculty are putting in. Really a True Coaching Institute.! Director duo Deepak Goyal & Saras Goyal are true mentors. Their faculty Madam Radhika and Madam Parihar are feathers in their cap.

I recently enrolled in a CA Foundation coaching center, paying a registration fee of ₹1000. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Despite multiple requests, the coaching center has refused to refund the registration fee, even though they initially agreed to do so. They have repeatedly provided unnecessary excuses and have even resorted to lying about the reasons for withholding the refund. My negative experience started right from the visit to their facility. The counselor we spoke to was very unprofessional and unhelpful. When we asked to see their classes and facilities, they gave a series of flimsy excuses, clearly trying to avoid showing us anything substantial. This was a major red flag and made me question their transparency and reliability. Furthermore, their fee structure is inconsistent and suspicious. It seems like they do not have a standardized fee policy, as they quoted different fees to different people. This kind of inconsistency is highly unprofessional and makes it difficult to trust them. To add to the frustration, their customer service is appalling. They often do not answer calls, making it nearly impossible to get in touch with them. When they do pick up, they act evasively and unprofessionally. It feels like they are deliberately avoiding addressing any issues. The owner's involvement only made matters worse. Despite escalating the issue to her, the owner was dismissive and uncooperative. Instead of addressing the legitimate concerns I raised, she tried to shift the blame onto me, falsely claiming that I was at fault. Her attitude was indifferent and disrespectful, showing a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction. Even after agreeing to refund the registration fee, they have failed to follow through, which further demonstrates their lack of integrity and accountability. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their commitment to student satisfaction. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before enrolling and to thoroughly research any coaching center's policies and reputation to avoid such distressing experiences. In conclusion, my experience with this coaching center has been nothing short of frustrating and disheartening. The unprofessionalism extends from the counselors to the owner, creating an overall toxic environment. I urge potential students to be wary and consider these red flags before making any decisions. It is essential to ensure that the institution you choose is professional, transparent, and reliable in all aspects.
