ALLEN Career Institute - Dhakkan Wala Kuan Campus

Not at all a responsible accounts team. First they told that your refund process is initiated now they are telling to submit more documents after 25 days when the waiting period for the refund is over when I called them for update. You can't ask for it on the day 1 when applied for refund. And what's the use of online refund process when you need physical documents. This condition is when they are already deducting 27500 for 4-5 days. I have also contacted on e-mail many times about confirmation of the process but recieved no response. Such an irresponsible behaviour from whole staff.

I took admission in the Dhakkawala branch of S.A. Draper Allen Indore last year for the 2025-26 session. I took admission in the first phase, the April 16th batch. Initially, everything went well, but then our batch was merged. After the merger, our teachers were changed in a hurry. We were taught by 19 teachers, each of whom we can name individually, until the syllabus was finished. We were already freshmen, and on top of that, this act was against us.Our concepts were already weak and we too had made some mistakes, but changing teachers regularly proved costly for us; we ourselves had got a few faculties changed. But other things that happened affected our preparations. I urge the Allen Group not to conduct experiments on children that waste their time and money.

Overall excellent till now, Update / Note to management: Everything was indeed excellent. Just as a tiny bit of micro-feedback for the staff: a little extra polishing on professionalism for the security guards would be great, just to ensure the girl students feel entirely comfortable. Appreciate your commitment to high standards!
