I cannot trust any other place for my baby other than Firstcry Intellitots Vijaynagar nagar branch. Also the activites and bonding teachers have with kids is amazing. They made my kid so comfortable that he did not even cry once while going to school and the premises is very safe and spacious for kids. Preeti the center head and my baby's teacher Pranjali I cannot express how thankful I am to them. I just hope to keep this journey happy forever.

The school is fine in terms of basic infra/cleanliness and managing kids, the nursery teacher is also polite for kids, so 1 star each for the school and the class teacher. However, there have been a few let downs (without improvement over the course of the year) 1. The attitude of center head in terms of managing events & general day today school activities was inert. Always portrayed as overburdened and seemed panicked to manage things. She only accepts positive feedback and publishes it everywhere, however whenever we shared some inputs which needed improvement (or at least acknowledged) she ignored it. Half of these 5 star reviews here are written by the school staff, which is okay as you want to positively promote your school but should not be at the cost of omitting real/constructive feedback from parents, as this looks deceiving. Also, it was frequently mentioned how much work they are doing for the school/events etc. (for which we are always thankful & kudos to the school), but projecting it as a favor done to the kids/parents is wrong. It should be realized that this "favor" is actually general school work that happens in each and every school of the world. 2. For all events, our kid was last in the rows & least visible. Upon asking why, she always changed her reasons, first saying that your kid is tall so he will always be at the end. So does this mean the child will always be at the rear just because of his height, i.e. for no fault of his? What a lame reason. Next, she changed her reason & said other kids are better dancers so they will be in the front row. Again, all kids are equal and should be rotated to be given equal chances to feature on stage. Why are you instilling biases for the kids from such a tender age? She changed her reason for the third time saying my child cries, so handling him is not that easy. This was completely an incorrect reason which she, then, just made up. 3. The nursery class teacher, although a good & well mannered, all thanks to her with due respect, had a lot of scope to improve her pronunciations of multiple words. Due to this, the child learned to say certain words incorrectly from the school. This concern was highlighted this to the center head at the start of the session in 2024 so that this could be improved over the year, but it remained as is. We expect the school to treat positive and negative/constructive feedbacks alike, for continuous improvement. However, the head person kept a blind eye for the latter.

Firstcry intellitots (vijay nagar) is best preschool with Caring and experienced teachers. Their curriculum is interactive and engaging. Teachers keep on updating and communicating with us parents regarding child's growth and daily activities. Their staff is working really hard to maintain a good and healthy environment for kids. Overall, I highly recommend Firstcry intellitots preschool for everyone who is looking for best early childhood education.

I am absolutely delighted with First Cry! My child has been attending this playschool for last 2 months and it's been an incredible journey. The teacher, Pranjali, is exceptional! She's kind, patient, and has a gift for engaging young minds. Her enthusiasm and dedication to her students are evident in everything she does. My child looks forward to seeing her every day! The principal, Preeti ma'am, is outstanding as well. The amenities are top-notch. The play areas are well-maintained, safe, and stimulating. The facilities are clean, and the equipment is modern and well-maintained. What sets this playschool apart is the love and care that every staff member shows. *Cons:* A bigger school premises would be great addition!

We’ve had a wonderful experience at Firstcry Intellitots, Vijaynagar , especially highlighting the incredible work of Preeti mam (centre head) and Garima mam (class teacher nursery). The classrooms are clean, colorful and the course given is filled with age-appropriate learning materials that stimulate curiosity and creativity. The daily routine includes a healthy balance of academic foundations and social-emotional development. The teachers and staff are very loving and caring. Safety is a top priority—the check-in and check-out procedures are very secure, and staff are attentive and professional. Communication with parents is also excellent; we receive weekly updates through photos and videos. The culmination and PTM provided the overview of our daughter's progress. Preeti mam managed the classes and the programs very efficiently. Sports day, annual day, christmas celebration, Diwali celebrations etc. were remarkably managed. Not just our child but we also enjoyed a lot at these events. Garima mam was truly the heart of our child's learning experience at FirstCry. She has a unique ability to connect with each child individually, recognizing their strengths and gently guiding them through any challenges. Her classroom feels like a second home—calm, inclusive, and full of joy. We have switched to K - 12 school now just because it gets difficult to get admission in higher classes but my daughter Yashika still misses her class teacher. This clearly shows how much Garima mam loved her students. We highly recommend this preschool to any family seeking a nurturing, high-quality early education environment.
