Very disappointing experience with the school. We feel there is a lack of equal attention and opportunities for all children. Our daughter is doing well academically, and we regularly practice with her at home. However, in extracurricular activities and stage performances, the same 5–6 children are repeatedly selected out of around 40 students. It sometimes appears that appearance-based bias, such as height or complexion, may influence selection, which feels unfair to other children. Communication with parents is also a major concern. There is no direct communication with the class teacher or regular activity updates. When we call reception, they say the class teacher will call back, but we rarely receive any call. Most communication is one-way through applications/notices, with no proper channel for parents to ask questions or track their child's participation
